With the world economic integration forming gradually and China entering into the world market, the overseas tobacco magnate's menace to our tobacco market is increasingly appearing. At the same time, through the country tobacco system reform and several decade development of tobacco industry, the competition is more intense. Brand is now the center of gravity in competition of tobacco firms. Accordingly, scientific brand strategy is gradually becoming the key for tobacco firms developing continuously and steadily. In order to occupying a part of world market, Changsha Cigarette Factory must create and maintain own strong brand.This paper starts with the introduction of the interior and exterior condition, combining the subdivision for the domestic tobacco consumption market. Anatomize the Changsha Cigarette Factory's brand strategy and pointing out the limitation and lack. Then suggest the proper brand strategy types for core strategy and assistant strategy. Finally, set idiographic tactic for brand strategy.
