While China accessed to WTO, thefinance service market has been open gradually, the security investment fundshave stepped into a fast developing period. The stakeholders and experts paymore and more attention to the operation and performance of securityinvestment funds. It is the high time to constitute a performance evaluationsystem of security investment funds in China. In West where the capitalmarket has fully developed they have built a perfect performance evaluationsystem of security investment funds, such as the Morningstar, Micropal etc.However, there is the first step for us in the security investment funds'performance evaluation field.
