Finally through the comprehensive fundamental research and the discussion to the staff training system , at the same time according to the specific details of JiHua Chemical Industry Co., Ltd and the staffs request, the article proposed the countermeasures to construct this enterprise staff training system. Based on the training system, the article applied the system to omni-directionally, administrative levels, multi-channel training the enterprise all staffs. In the end, the article analyzed the factors that affect the staff training quality, and proposed a series of safeguards training quality measure. |
