| In modern knowledge-society, a high-tech enterprise became not only the main subject of technology innovation, but also the main sign judging the level of the harmonious development about science, technology and society. High-tech meant high profit, but it also meant high devotion and risk. With a research object of high-tech of our country, the thesis analyzed the financing actuality systemically and thoroughly,discussed the though and measures of financing channel innovation. First, the thesis analyzed the theory about technology innovation, introduced the innovational desire of high-tech enterprise. Next, the thesis demonstrated the financing actuality and being problem of high-tech enterprise of our country. Especially analyzed the actuality and problem of R&D devotion, bank loan, coming into the market and financing, risk investment. Then, the thesis brought forward the thought of financing system and concrete measure, expounded the relation of the technology innovation and high-tech financing. Last, the thesis posed to build and improve the pluralized high-tech enterprise system that took risk investment, coming into the market and financing as the principle things and supplement own funds, governmentdevotion, bank loan. The thesis took the representative ofhigh-tech enterprise------software trade as an example usingcases research and studied the financing actuality and innovational problem of high-tech enterprise of our country through some theories and means. |
