China has entered WTO, that means the customs duties as well as the non-tariff barrier must be eliminated, and this causes "the major industry" or "the extra large type of enterprise" in domestic in the absolute superiority originally turned into relatively "the small and medium-sized enterprises"; and challenge and competition caused by multinational corporations is in our own country; Because enterprise's technical level and idea of management in our country is backward relatively, the difference of strength phase is disparate with the multinational corporation in the competitive process, therefore, strategy management to small and medium-sized enterprise's research and implementation is on watershed in our country.Strategy management is quite backward in our country's development, which causes "the small and medium-sized enterprise" in our country to have many insufficiencies in the strategy management aspect, for instance: Lacking the strategic concept, deficiency in strategic judgment, deficiency in strategic priority, deficiency in strategic resources, lacking understanding of the strategy management as well as the strategic method. This article attempts to solve these problems, and "the small and medium-sized enterprise" in our country will carry on the good result which strategy management can bring: obtaining the durable management achievements in the foundation of durability competitive advantage, and, must be through the continuous innovation to achieve this goal.This article has five parts, namely the introduction, the question about the small and medium-sized enterprise in our country, the research about the flow of small and medium-sized enterprise strategy management in our country, the final goal of small and medium-sized enterprise implementation strategy management, and the conclusion."The introduction" involves mainly the selecting background of this article, the small and medium-sized enterprise's concept, coming to being as well as the strategy management, the concept and the function to enterprise."The questions of strategy management for the small and medium-sized enterprise in our country " has mainly pointed out the questions in our country for small and medium-sized enterprise in strategy management 's aspect as well as the research of development course of strategy management thought."The research about the flow of strategy management of small and medium-sized enterprise in our country " is mainly emphasized vital role of the strategy management's flow to the small and medium-sized enterprise in our country."The final goal of the small and medium-sized enterprise implementation strategy management " is about what value the strategy management can bring for small and medium-sized enterprise."The conclusion" summarizes mainly the study content of this article, and points out the main tendency of strategy management in the future.
