With the development of market economy in China, the environment of economy, science and technology, and the consumer behavior has greatly changed. It brought about the fierce competition in financial market. At the same time, adhere to the innovations of IT and advanced management concepts landed in china, the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is gradually introduced into the financial market. Recently, the CRM is still staying on"nature"stage, how to use the CRM to strengthen the risk management correctly is worth pondering.The object of the study is specialized on commercial banks (CBs) behavior in Guangyuan city. According to the practices of CBs in Guangyuan, combining the investigation of the credit management system and the research of the probabilities of CRM, we compared those with the specialized international credit risk management theories and advanced practices, we suggest that CRM is very important to promote CBs'managing capacity.The main object is inquiry into how CBs make use of the CRM improve the credit risk management, establishing a new credit risk controlling approach. Associating with the practical situation of CBs in Guangyuan, we made a full investigation of CBs on-the-spot and deeply discussed and analyzed the existing questions in the presence credit risk management process. Then we suggested that a platform of credit risk control and CRM system of the financial market should be build up, and it must be able to promote the strategy transformation from traditional operation model to the modern operational model, involving with the customer identifying, risk analyzing and risk controlling.
