The development of Chinese capital market makes remarkable contribution to the development of China's economy in the past 15 years. First of all, the money that enterprises raise through the stock market offers fund for its enlarged reproduction. Secondly, enterprises have set up modern enterprise system ,improved company's government structure and offered the system guarantee to the future development by listing。Moreover, the separation of fictious capital and material object capital realized by the capital market can realize the rational collocation of the fund and improve the efficiency of social resources and improve the industrial structure development by merger and acquisition. In a word, the development of the capital market is an essential part of market economy country. That is why the capital market is praised as "engine" of economic development of the market. It is also the reason why the study of capital market is a hot problem of academia all the time. As an important component in the research of capital market, the P/E ratio index play an important role in investment instruction, accounting information relevance judgment and weighing whether there is bubble in the capital market. At present, the studies on P/E ratio index of domestic academia are mainly about analysis on its function. The analysis on inherent function mechanism of P/E ratio is still rare.As the title of "the analysis of influential factor in P/E ratio under the enterprise value assessment frame work", this text attempts to answer the following questions: How is the inherent function mechanism of P/E ratio? What influence the P/E ratio? How the factors influence the P/E ratio and how the P/E ratio index play its function in value judgment.
