Hubei Human Resources Sustainable Development Of Empirical Research

In 21th century the important element in competition is the human resource . Namely the country that owns the human resource advantage will share the predominance position in the development and be final victor of the competition .The human resource development and management play an important strategic rule in China which has over 130 millions people .The developmental method which mainly relies on infinite depredation of natural resources already can't suit the demand of the economic social development .Today it is necessary to choose another developmental method — the sustainable development . The sustainable development lies on mutual harmony in the human resource, natural resource and economic resources and each harmony in the three elements . In the three resource , the human resource is dominant and decisive . The paper will make a study of the sustainable development of human resource taking Hubei province as an example.Firstly, author introduces the reasons why she chooses the subject and research result of the relative theories. And author briefly explains the construction, basic content and methods of research.Secondly, author illustrates the basic theory of the sustainable development through four approaches. At first author recommends the definition of human resource. Further the concept and principles on the sustainable development of human resource are brought forward.
