Since the securities business began more than 10 years ago, it has never been stopped to explore and reform the Initial Public Offerings (IPO) . And every change in IPO will affect the securities business dramatically. This thesis devotes to study IPO which is the most influential one in the securities business in China, use the history methods to review the big changes in IPO, tidy up the changes in stages, and sum up the experiences. Consequently, this thesis offers some advises to the new reformation in IPO, and resorts the history method to solve the problems in economics. The administrators would like to search the history to find the synthetical way to make decision.
