The successful key of operating the hotel is holding a company of high standard and quality staff, because the competition is the talents competition in hotel industry. During the development of commodity economy and the improvement of the inhabitant's income levels and cultural qualities, there are many changes in the hotel practitioners' requirement, such as the working environment, conditions and their own development. Therefore, those simulative measures become less effective in hotel business. Many senior managers take some measures to improve the staff satisfaction, and stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff, such as training, raises, and organizational career management. And take the staff satisfaction as the appraisal basis in the hotel business.This paper analyzed the influence factors of the staff satisfaction in the hotel industry by using the pertinent theories and the international and domestic research results. Under the analysis foundation, this paper proposes the main content of the staff satisfaction and designs the reasonable questionnaires. Through the investigation and analysis of the hotel staff satisfaction in Yantai, this paper proposed the relevant methods and suggestions.
