Multinational Financing Risk Management Study

The 1990s world economy development indicated that, the international capital movement rapid growth has become one of economical globalization important characteristics. Since our first Transnational Corporation established in 1979, our Transnational Corporations have got quick development by efforts of more than 20 years. The Transnational Corporations need enough funds to support foreign expansion. Because the Transnational Corporations' financing basically carries on the international financial market, so it will meet more complex risk compared to domestic financial market, therefore, the risk management to international financing of Transnational Corporations is obtained people's attention day by day.This text adopts classification, comparison, comprehensive and other research methods on the theoretical basis of Management Science, Economics etc. The paper starts from the historical cause of formulation and development of Transnational Corporations, analyzes the big four kinds of risk when Transnational Corporations carrying on financing on international financial market will meet, establishes the financing risk management system of Transnational Corporations basing on the risk management strategy and introduces the concrete measures to manage the big four kinds of financing risk.
