Renewal in high velocity market is a very important decision-making question, especially in perishable high tech market, the products renew quickly. With the competition increases severely, product renewal have become a strategy of the company. But in the renewal of product we can often fall across the problem of cannibalization. So in perishable products'renewal, the status of decision-making of cannibalization is more and more important. This paper researches this problem with some relative theories.This paper analyses the conception and the connotation of cannibalization of perishable high tech product in high velocity market. From the renewal of perishable high tech product this paper introduces the conception of cannibalization, analyses the character of it, compares it with the conception of substitution, and the influence of cannibalization. This paper analyses the tactics of perishable high tech products'cannibalization in high velocity market. And then use it in different types of companies.In high velocity market, the management of cannibalization of perishable high tech market is a challenge in high tech companies. The research of cannibalization tactics provides a reference for the management of perishable high tech company, and it have important purport today. Hope that this paper can establish the recognition of perishable high tech products'cannibalization in high velocity market and supply the theoretical basis for cannibalization in the renewal period.
