SMEs (Middle-Small Sized Enterprises) have made great contributions to the socio-economic development. As the status and role of SMEs becoming more and more important , SME development issues have also been the world's attention . Especially the issue of financing and the development of SMEs has become the top constraint problems. In addition to the small size of our SMEs, the information opaque common, the more information the situation worse than abroad, coupled with inadequate attention to the Chinese government on SMEs, enabling small intensity, the ancillary services system has not been established, and the reform of China's financial system , therefore our financing difficulties problem is particularly prominent .The financing structure for the theory to point, the focus of the enterprise financial growth cycle theory and the new theory superior to preface financing for SMEs financing options described on the basis of selected United States, Japan, South Korea and China's Taiwan Province financing system analysis through to the United States, Japan, Korea, My Taiwan SME financing system, more integrated financing policy, to establish a perfect our system of financing some suggestions.This article is divided into four main parts, the first part of the definition of SMEs on their economic status and role, the focus of the financing structure theory for SMEs financing options made theoretical explanation.From the second part of the main structure and the financing of SMEs in the two monetary policy to the United States, Japan, Korea, China's Taiwan SME financing system analysed from the reality proved a SME financing structure theory.The third part of my description of the status of financing SMEs, the focus of my analysis of the constraints to SME financing conditions.
