Oriented Model Of The Quality Of Erp Systems

In order to overcome shortcomings in quality information system (QIS), this paper builds QIS of ERP-oriented in product life cycle. The goal lies in managing quality information during product formation. At the same time QIS is integrated with ERP. ERP can fully use quality information. Enterprise resources can be reasonable assigned by ERP system. And it is made perfect that QIS manage and control product quality.First, the article analyzes the traditional quality information shortcoming. The QIS's concept system model is proposed in product lift cycle. The model of QIS is established based on the concept system, product life cycle and quality cycle theory. At the same time, the article draws up the QIS function tree and analyzes quality information traits. The article elaborates the flowing of the quality information in system. In follow, each module in PLC-QIS is analyzed. The content and the function of each module is described, as well as the information input and output. The system and the module is modeled by using IDEF0. Finally, PLC-QIS is integrated with ERP. The integrative system thought and the principle is proposed according to flowing process of quality information. Then the tool which the system is integrated is researched. After studying the exchange between two systems, the method is proposed. Integrative system model is builded.
