At present, the development of global fictitious economy has surpassed significantly the real economy, with its total scale reaching over $160 trillion by 2000, whereas the total global GDP then was only $30 trillion. Chinese fictitious economy is also enlarging as it has been one important part of modern society. It was clearly put forward in the report of the sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China that how to deal with the relationship between fictitious economy and real economy which confirmed the effect of fictitious economy. Therefore, it is greatly significant to us make research on fictitious economy.However, the theory research of fictitious economy is behindhand. The obvious point is that there is still not a unanimous point view in the conception of fictitious economy. With learning all of the study, I think that this conception should be linked with fictitious capital. This paper is based on the Marxist economists' research on fictitious capital and form a new conception.As for the close relationship between fictitious economy and real economy, I emphasize that what and how fictitious economy develops in our socialism market economy historically and dialectically. The creation of this paper lies in that I use the rule of quality, quantity and degree in the philosophy when analyzing. Besides, I conclude the feature of fictitious economy in our country.
