| Income distribution is an issue related to the employees' interest of an enterprise, a key part of human resources management as well. Following the deep implementation of state-owned enterprise reform, the old income distribution system is not in line with the development of enterprises within the modern market-oriented economy system. Based on the salary theories of modern enterprise system, taking into consideration the requirements the existing problems of the state-owned enterprises, according to the market-oriented economy theories, distribution theories of labor and production factors, modern property theory and theories of human resources development and management, income distribution system of state-owned enterprises, which is in line with the modern enterprise system, is put forward, after summarizing the experiences of enterprise income distribution system reform and referring to the experiences of salary system in the developed countries. |
