China's Stock Market Value Of The Investment Performance Of Empirical Research

Since Shanghai Stock Exchange and Shenzhen Stock Exchange founded in the beginning of 1990s, Chinese stock market has been developing for more than ten years. It has made a great contribution to the economy of China. In the development of stock market, investment ideal is developing. Value investment ideal appeared in 2001 in Chinese stock market. It is becoming the main investment ideal in Chinese stock market gradually. Value investment ideal came abroad and it had passed the test of market abroad. It has been proved to be a successful investment ideal for investors and it is helpful for the development of stock market. But based on some conceptions appeared in academic studies and some reports, there are many problems of value investment ideal in academic study and practice.Farther studies about value investment ideal is helpful for the development of it, and it is helpful for developing suitable value investment ideal for Chinese stock market theoretically. In practice, it is helpful for changing the gamble ideal which wishes to earn a great sum of money in a short time in Chinese stock market. It is helpful for developing rational investment ideal and keeping the stock market in order.In the background, based on the former studies, this article made a farther study of whether the value investment ideal is suitable for Chinese stock market. First of all, this article summed up the studies of value investment ideal abroad and in China. Then it analyzed the limitation of former studies. Because of the conception of value investment ideal is mixed up, this article gave a new conception. Then this article chose three leading value investment methods to form portfolios, and chose the best based on their performances. Then this article compared the best portfolio with the market benchmark to judge whether value investment idea is suitable for Chinese stock market. At last, based on the results of practical study this article analyzed the factors which blocked the development of value investment ideal in Chinese stock market.
