On the basis of demonstrative surveys and researches on first-line & middle managers'present work-family conflicts and coping styles, this paper identifies two fields in life including work-family conflicts & coping styles and those combined impact on first-line & middle managers so as to further understand work-family conflicts and coping styles. Researching on work-family conflict and specific structure, characteristics and elements of domestic first-line & middle managers, this paper reveals hidden rules and functional mechanism of job burnout for consultancy for those work and life satisfaction promotions.This paper includes five chapters:The first chapter is for relevant research review. Reviewing on previous works like concept definitions, core contents and research methods, preparatory outlook of work-family conflicts & coping styles, job burnout as well as relevant research methods can be drawn.The second chapter is for research doubts and reasons. By description of work and life of first-line & middle managers, more problems could be found, which provide the research objectives, hypothesis and significances.The third chapter is for research methods and framework. General understanding on relevant research tools and statistics could be seen.The fourth chapter is for results and analysis. By relevant statistics such as related analysis, regression analysis and deviation analysis, this part analyzes the relations between personal information and work-family conflicts & coping styles, those between work-family conflicts and coping styles, and those between work-family conflicts & coping styles and job burnout.The fifth part is for discussion and conclusion, key part of the paper. On the basis of previous chapter's analysis, this chapter focuses on making relevant discussions, providing academic advice, pointing out limits and future directions for further research.
