Monetary Policy In The County Conduction Blocked Analysis

This article qualitatively analyzes the measure standards that block the monetary policy transmission mechanism in the county field by combining the transmission mechanism in the market economical condition and our country's monetary policy transmission channel in economy transition period. Constrasted with the measurement, the paper demonstrates the case of the monetary policy transmission efficiency about the county field in the recent years and draws the conclusion that the monetary policy transmission mechanism is blocked in the county field at present.Next, the author discusses more deeply the cause that the monetary policy transmission mechanism is blocked in the county field and points out that the monetary policy transmission mechanism shows out the bigger obstacle in four aspects : the central bank , the commercial bank , the financial ecological environment and the other economic entities.At last, the paper puts forward concrete tactics how to get rid of these obstacle and unblock the monetary policy transmission mechanism and enhance the transmission effect and achieve the target of the monetary policy in the county field.
