Plasma parameter, such as electronic temperature and electronic density, is a significant physical information for the research in the inertial confinement fusion(ICF),and it require precise theoretical calculation and experimental measurement's-ray spectra diagnosis has been proven a powerful tool to deduce the plasma temperature and density in the extreme plasma condition. The X-ray spectra has rich information of high temperature plasmas. From the line positions, the line strengths and line profiles one can diagnose the temperatures, the densities, the population distributions and ionization balances in plasmas. The following is the main contents of the present paper:(1)We developed detail energy theoretical models to reproduce K-shell X-ray spectra of the middle and low Z aluminum plasma by FORTRAN language, of which the condition is similar to experiment, namely the near steady collisional-radiative model. In the process of resolving the modle, the purpose has two aspects to calculate the atomic parameters by using the experience formulas and FAC program:one is to obtain the effect to the result of using different formulas;the other is to improve the calculated speech.(2)Based on the model, we analyze the main mechanism of populating the Li-like satellites of aluminium plasma in detail and give the method of diagnosing the density of hot dense plasma;at the same times, the result reveals that the method of diagnosing the plasma density by using the intensity ratio of intercombination to resonant exists great error.(3) we simulate the high resolving power K-shell spectra emitting from the hot dense aluminium plasmas generated by the SHENGUANGâ…¡equipment and give the electron temperature and density.
