With the development of military science and technology and information era weapons, warships are rapidly developing, further information of ship combat system, and further guidance of ship-borne weapons. A variety of advanced electronic equipment and weapons were loaded into ships, some electronic devices are widely used high density CMOS technology, which are vulnerable to electrostatic damage. Explosive weapons and ammunition is the most sensitive components, electrostatic great harm to the explosive. Electrostatic discharge (ESD) event, it will cause the loss of key equipment on the vessel function, in a war the consequences will be fatal; electrostatic discharge can cause an explosion of weapons and ammunition carrier, resulting in warship crash.At home and abroad for the protection of oil tankers are more static, but static electricity protective warships, basically studied less. On the static electricity in the warship's internal and external conditions are fully exist, if improper protective measures, may have an enormous electrostatic discharge transient energy, resulting in incalculable material losses. Therefore, the mechanism of the warship's static analysis model of the electrostatic discharge and electrostatic discharge damage to the warship, and the hidden dangers of static electricity for the existing protection, has tremendous military value and practical significance.In this thesis, as the research object vessels, mainly analyzed the vessels and the mechanism of static electricity from the type of electrostatic discharge, electrostatic discharge parameters on the measurement, the ESD model warships, and security risks electrostatic proposed ESD protection scheme warship were assessed. The main work and achievements are as follows:1. Analysis of the mechanism of static vessels, warships made the type electrostatic discharge; and electrostatic parameter of the measurement principle is analyzed.2. Experimentally measured by the human body under different circumstances had static resistance, capacitance and potential, analysis of experimental data and theoretical analysis of the reasons for errors existing.3. ESD proposed model warships, including the electromagnetic field model, flow body model, human model fire workers, and each model is analyzed and the determination of various parameters; of shipboard electronic equipment and ammunition and other dangerous goods security risk analyzes and assessment to determine the electrostatic potential safety problems warships; and to study the electrostatic discharge of the warship's various systems and the crew of the hazards. 4. ESD protection through the general principles described shipboard electronic equipment, ESD, electrostatic discharge can inhibit, suppress electrostatic induction, electromagnetic induction and suppression of inhibitory transmission coupled to achieve. Discussed with the warships and ammunition into the tank ESD protection methods, including risk of static power control, facilities and equipment for static grounding and environmental humidification and electrostatic multi-channel data logging designed alarm system. Finally, ESD protection vessels were integrated.
