| Seismic real-time Disaster is the foundation of government rescue work, and also the important basis of earthquake site emergency command decision-making. With the rapid development of "3S" technology, computer storage technology, network technology and mobile communication technology, the disaster information data source based on WEBGIS in the disaster prevention and mitigation system is becoming more and more colorful. Two aspects that how to effectively use the data to achieve the goal of the disaster-reduction system construction and how to realize these data efficient integration analysis are both very important. So quick access to the on-site disaster information after the earthquake, and the integrated treatment of the information, become an important research topic with realistic significance.This paper aims to study the WEBGIS-based integrated approaches of the earthquake disaster scene, proceeds from the earthquake scene integration processing methods and the method of achieving integration processing systems ,and adopts spatial analysis methods such as spatial database model, network analysis, buffer analysis, overlay analysis, and spatial statistical analysis to integrate and deal with earthquake disaster site .Combined with the integrated approaches proposed by ourself, the integrated processing system of earthquake disaster site is established in the south district of Qingdao.This paper combines the actual needs in earthquake emergency relief and spatial analysis methods, and mainly gives a research on the following aspects:(1)It analyses characteristics of the earthquake disasters and the earthquake emergency command, and establishes an earthquake spot disaster classification system.(2)It introduces two kinds of earthquake spot disaster acquisition methods, one is based on remote sensing images and the other is based on communication and network. Then combining with actual needs in earthquake emergency relief, it compares two methods mentioned above and at last determines the earthquake disasters acquired by the communication and network-based approach as the integration objects.(3)The earthquake spot disasters integration analysis divide into two parts, the disaster integration part and the disaster analysis part. Basic spatial data integration in the earthquake disaster integration, disaster-related information data organization and methods of the spatial location in the disaster spot are built. Then the paper analyze the spot disaster by using the WEBGIS methods of buffer analysis, overlay analysis, network analysis and spatial statistical analysis, and finally relief road maps, disaster clustering distribution and general disaster evaluation are given.(4)Taking Qingdao Shinan District for example, this paper describes a building on the WEBGIS-based earthquake spot disaster integration system with several aspects as the system overall design, database design and system function, and then makes use of ArcGIS SERVER and VS.NET2005 developmental tools, finally realizes the system kernel function modules and presents related results of system operation. |
