| Along with the rapid development of optical fiber communication technology, optical fiber communication is widely used, optical fiber communication of the information society plays a more and more important role in many fields, especially optical fiber communication of single-mode optical fiber used more widely, but due to the single-mode fiber diameter size is very small, the coupling problem has not been well settled, and optical fiber assembly and adjustment of alignment accuracy requirement is high, make assembly and adjustment difficulty increases. In this paper, non-diffracting beam theory was studied, and non-diffraction beams produced by conical lenses light intensity distribution, spot size, maximum alignment distance and the output light angle characteristics are analyzed concretely, and through computer simulation, and is verified by experiments. In fiber coupling theory and conical lenses produce non-diffraction beams theory is proposed, present diffraction beams in laser beams receiving of fiber coupling application schemes, this scheme were analyzed, and based on the scheme has been conducted, and processing the fiber coupling use the conical lenses, the radius of the optical is 5mm. Wavelength for laser beams is 0.6328μm, by alignment and expanded, after the incident to the conical lenses, produce the radius of non-diffraction beams for 6.7μm, and in axial range are 58mm coupled into optical fiber, especially single-mode optical fiber, reducing the coupling of optical axis alignment error, reduce the assembly and adjustment difficulty. |
