The realization of Bose-Einstein condensate (BEC) provides a new experiment platform for ultra cold physics. It has become a topic of general concern for scientists in recent decades. Currently Bose-Einstein condensation has been widely used in atom optics, quantum mechanics, quantum computing and other fields. It has played a significant role in promoting technical and applied scientific research.This paper is in the framework of mean field theory and it takes Gross-Pitaevskii (GP) equation as the main model. In this paper, the writer discusses the stability of the BEC system and the application of different methods to achieve the control of Lorenz chaos. This paper includes five chapters, each chapter reads as follows:The first chapter gives a brief introduction of Bose-Einstein condensate and the progress of Lorenz Chaos research in the BEC. he second chapter introduces the stability research of the BEC which in the system double potential wells in the mode of zero-phase and the mode ofπ-phase。It uses the stability region diagram to illustrate the stability regions of the BEC in the system double potential wells. The third chapter first applies Lorenz equation in BEC system to analyze that the influence of the changes of the two-body recombination loss parameter to mechanics of chaos in the system. And it further analyses the influent of the added strength to mechanics of chaos. There is a close relationship between dynamics factors and the initial conditions. This article mainly analyses the influence of the initial phase to the Lorenz chaos system. Chapter Four is aim at effect amplitude of dissipation in the condensation system using period parameter perturbation method to achieve the control of Lorenz chaos in two-mode BEC system. Finally, in Chapter V of this paper, a brief summary and future research in this field and the prospect for a number of phenomena of the course in the study.
