According to the different water features in Daqing, collect the water samples from residential lakes, wetland, wells near the lakes. And each sample is filtered into two pieces, and one is disposed by a a heated boiling, and the other not. And then mixed those six water samples with strawy water to form the broth with a effective concentration(a concentration would not kill the Paramecium caudatum). Bring up those paramecium in these water samples, and watch the split algebra of paramecium. And compare the statistic with the broth of strawy water, to watch how the quality of the different area water influences the split algebra of paramecium. Examined by the independent T, the differences between the experiment group and compare group are remarkable, as well as the differences in experiment groups. The water sample disposed by a a heated boiling bring up the monoclonal paramecium. Analysing the variance, we can notice that the differences of the split algebra of paramecium is remarkable before the heating process of the water samples from residential lakes and wetland, while the differences of the split algebra of paramecium is unremarkable before the processing of water samples from wells near the lakes. According to the examine of the water samples before and after heating with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer, ICP-MS7500CX, and analyse the elements of the water samples. The concentration differences of Cu2+, Zn2+, and Ph2+ are remarkable, and Cr2+,Cd2+ are unremarkable. Combine the related report of the former person, which about how the metal ions influences the algae and planaria, this experiment can draw the conclusion that:(1) The Cu2+, Zn2+, and Ph2+ in the water samples have the toxicological effect on the propagation of paramecium, as the increasing concentration of the metal ion mass, the split algebra of paramecium has emerged a tendency of degression.; although the unremarkable differences of the Cr2+,Cd2+ in water concentration, the statistic has shown that it have the effect of mutagenicity on the protozoans cells. So it can be surmised that Cr2+,Cd2+ is one reason of the decreasing split algebra of paramecium.(2) The common existence of those metal ions have the different toxicological effect on the paramecium. In the experiment, we can find that when the quantity and concentration of Zn2+ decreasing, the split algebra of paramecium is decrease, which demonstrates that Cu2+ and Zn2+ have the antagonism effect on the split algebra of paramecium, while Cr2+ and Cu2+ have the cooperation effect on the poisonousness of the paramecium fission.(3) The result of the experiment has demonstrated it is feasible to detect the content of the tiny metal ion in water environment by testing the fission of paramecium. Employing the speed of fission of paramecium as the index of toxicant test of the tiny metal ion in water environment is feasible, as well as more objective and scientific. So this method should be given more attention. This paper has made a preliminary attempt.
