Construction of Three Gorges project is of great historical significance and application value. However, in countriesspending huge sums for disaster management and monitoring process, the evolution of trends and tracking of disaster is still showing weakness, or even blank;and strengthen the disaster behind them, started to undermine situation, governance aftereffect, development and utilization effectiveness regular monitoring and tracking links, formation of the modern integrated management and control of network visualization system, through the unremitting efforts to achieve stabilityin disaster prone areas speech and sustainable development is the only wayand just around the corner, which is to achieve long-term stability, long-term project building a harmonious society Therefore, early warning of landslide dynamic tracking is necessary and timely.This paper analyzes the mechanism of landslide occurrence, causal factorsof the landslide, and with the abaqus simulation of various factors on landslide stability, and as a model for landslide warning track to establish the relationship between various parameters and the stability of the tracking database to develop an early warning system of tracking, the initial realization of the geological disasters parameter tracking, phasing, management and prevention program recommendations tracking aftereffect, as data collection, tracking, forecasting, key advantage of Chongqing Wanzhou, Wushan and some other counties have geological hazards model established tracking station facilities, and with the docking, dynamic data acquisition. They collected data to track the parameters of a database system to do the testing and application, and achieved good results. Landslide early warning of the tracking is a huge and complex subject, involving engineering geology, computer technology, information technology, systems engineering, and many other cutting-edge research. In this paper, a combination of macro and micro, software and hardware integration of interrelated programs to achieve dynamic tracking of landslide early warning intelligent, systematic, visualization, has great application value and practical significance.
