Along with the development in mid-high water cut stage, the cost rises and the benefit of puts into production drops since the subzones change, water cut was in high stage, the water flooding regime was in incompleteness, the well situation was complex, the technologic measures varied, specially some single well measure, the production increasement gradually reduced years by years. In the last few years, various oil fields started to do integrated control, but not the mid and late stage of the oil-field system research, including fine description, development characteristic analysis, remaining oil distribution, increase production measure developed insufficiently comprehensively. It has not formed the new system approach, moreover lacked the comprehensive careful research., has not formed the series the sub-area comprehensive program of public order method and the necessary technology.Based on the oil deposit anisotroprism, the current development situation, the mining characteristics, the mining potential, the system research was conducted from the existence question and integrated adjusted projects were improved using the advanced public research technology in the article. In view of the oil field development later period of the comprehensive program content a set of perfect research technique and the mentality has been established to enhances this oil field mining benefit and the overall technical level has the vital significance.Firstly the study on the flood effectiveness indicated that the types of the remaining oil were unidirectional response, bad layers, imperfect flood system, lagging area in the article. In the study on the mid and late part comprehensive projects of countermeasure, the reasonable guidelines of pressure system, the reasonable decline rate, injection-production ratio and production ratio has been carried on the detail proof. Simultaneously aimed at the loose sandstone to leave the granulated substance serious influence string of tubing the safety in production, it proposed final restriction against sand control.Based on the development effect analysis, the modification technical of well pattern on the deposit microfacies was proposed so that the remaining oil was excavated in the area plane of badly-control regions, in the section plane of unemployed layers. The adjustment plan estimated may enhance the water drive reserves 15%, the recovery ratio 8%, the average single well increase the recoverable resources 12,000 tons, newly built produces 116,000 ton.
