Seismic Sedimentology Study Of The Xujiahe Formation Of Upper Triassic Series In Central Sichuan Basin

This topic take the logging,the oil well logging material and 2-D seismic data as a foundation, by comprehensively analyzing the regional geotectonic setting and sedimentary setting,take the sequence stratigraphy theory and the seismic sedimentology theory as instructions, then divide the sequence of Xujiahe Formation and eastablish the sequence pattern with the help of combining of well and seismic information.This topic take sedimentology theory as guide to divide Xujiahe Formation into 3 sedimentary deposition systems ,they are ocean sedimentary deposition systems, sea-onshore transition sedimentary system, mainland sedimentary deposition systems which cosist of fan delta ,braided delta and lake. This topic is more depend on logging and Geophysical exploration,so it has some difference from common in dividing sequence.It divide Xujiahe Formation into 4 long-level sequence,6 middle-sequence and several short-sequence ,in other words ,every middle-sequence is corresponding to section.Also it introduce the characteric of every sequence and establishes the sequence pattern of the Xujiahe Formation.This topic is a program with 2-D seismic data .As we know,the data which is commonly used in seismic sedimentology is 3-D,limited to 2-D data, some methods don't adopt to this program,for example three-dimensional attribute analysis.This paper shiefly instroduces the seismic sedimentology theory and several techniques which adopt to this program,then take 90 phase shift and frequence division to process seismic facies, preliminary distinguishes the seismic facies and describes their characteristic.
