In this paper, we investigated the fixed points of some kinds of complex difference functions by using the Nevanlinna Theory and its fundamental method. It includes following four chapters. In chapter 1, we introduced the research background of fixed points of complex difference functions firstly, and we also introduced simply some notations, definition and the prearrangement knowledge which will be used in the next chapters. In chapter 2, we investigated the fixed points of difference functions Under assumption of f (z) is a transcendental meromorphic function of the order of growth. We obtained that all of these functions have infinitely fixed pointsIn chapter 3, we investigated the fixed points of generalization difference functions and divided functions which definition by We proved these functions have infinitely fixed points. Furthermore we estimated the convergence exponent of fixed points of g n.In chapter 4, we investigated the fixed points of difference functions which defined by chapter 1 on condition that f (z) with the order of no less than 1and convergence exponent of zero less than 1, and obtained the same conclusion.
