As a important space foundation establishment,Satellite Navigaiton System bring huge benefit for humanity in politics,economy,military and so on,it is important for protecting the advantage of country. At present,it is only the GPS and Glonass system that have been founded and can provide the global service of position and navigation,in some other countrys,the foundation of Satellite Navigation System has been taken in schedular,among of those contry,china disigns the Compass System independently with self-determination intellectual property,and plan to provide service of position for the global consumer.Satellite Navigation System is so complicated that the Simulation system for Satellite Navigation is absolutely necessarily,and the Simulation system is great significant for the demonstrate of system designment,system feasibility and so on,especially when the setup of Satellites network is unfinished,only the simulation of space segment can support system performance analyse and ground project for satellite navigation. Base on the Compass System Simulation Facility,this paper has done some research on the key technology of space segment simulation.Firstly,this paper intruduces the basic concept of satellite navigation space segment,including the sorting of satellite orbits,the definition of satellite time and reference frame,the conversion between satellite time and reference frame,the model of satellite disturbing force and so on. Then compares all kinds of disturbing force models'infection toward to the orbit determination using the experimental simulation data.Secondly,this paper study the satellite orbit determination base on the broadcast ephemeris and the orbit simulation base on the numerical integral theoretic,and compares the performance of different orbit integral algorithms by simulation.Finally,according to the experimental analyse,this paper designs the simulation software for the space segment of Compass system base on the theory of design pattern. The simulation software is composed by following modules,such as calculation module,numerical integral model,coordinate transformation model,time standard transformation model and so on. The software provides some useful disturbing force models and two orbit creation algorithms,improves the algrithm of conversion between the geocentric inertial systems and ECEF,and has the function of planar and three-dimensional display. The actual effects of application are good.
