Life movement is the most pervasive form of the Natural world, but most biological movements are accomplished by ingenious protein machines, it is molecular motors. All of these molecular motor have a common characteristic: that is utilize the liberative energy of ATP hydrolysis change the conformation of the molecular motor. The molecular motor of kinesin can binding compare to itself a great many times weightand volume cargo to movement. Kinesin is a protein which is come along with the microtubulin orbital. But so far, people still dimness the microcosmic mechanism of how to kinesin molecular motor will release chemical energy to mechanism energy of ATP. And it is how to realize periodicity movement in the microtubulin surface.In order to research the movement mechanism, we will with kinesin KIF1A model as the research object.To study Kinesin is how by hydrolyzing ATP molecular alter protein conformation to along the microtubulin movement. Due to the Kinesin and microtubulin suggested there are many charge amino acides, we found in kinesin protein head and microtubulins suggest there exist many weak interactions,such as hydrogen bonding, hydrophobic force, salt keys, cation-πandπ-πweak interactions. We through to these weak interactions of finding and statistics, to study kinesin proteins that two heads is how to through a lot of weak bond formation and destruction to realize the molecular motor two head in microtubules on sports.In this paper, using search and statistical method analyzed carefully KIF1A motor protein in AMP - PNP state (ATP state) and ADP configuration and microtubules combine hydrogen bonding, etc. Various kinds of weak key system changes, found in the ATP combination state motor with microtubules is formed between the hydrogen, thin hydraulic, cationic -πweak key number than in ADP modal formed under the weak keys, and salt number keys, nucleons PI, contrary, then, we again to between them the weak keys to undertake searching and analysis, and eventually discussion with experiment results found on the motor and microtubules in ATP combination state for strong combination state, in ADP combination state for weak combination state is consistent. The results for the quantitative analysis of motor and the microtubules of interaction will provide an important basis.We are looking forward to through this topic research, we can reveal life microscopic nature and movement mechanism, and based on this field world is some and molecular motor sports related life phenomenon.
