Along with the quick development of space cause, space debris increases day by day, which results in a great threaten to human's space activities. In fact, space debris are various, based on Spherical Bullets'Protective designing is not reliable. So we must research dumbbell's, tile's, tetrahedron's, octahedron's damage and destruction laws which hypervelocity impact protection board and analysis the gap between spherical bullets and non-spherical bullets in debris of clouds feature length, features the speed, feature quality, the front plate damage features, the back plate damage features to provide reference for space protective design. The main contents of the paper are as follows:First, introduce the formed physical process of debris of clouds. Describe Structures and patterns of debris cloud, summary perforated laws of front. Introduce basic principle of SPH and discrete hydrodynamic control equations. Determine material model is John-cook and state equation is Mie-Gruneisen, which are simulated hypervelocity impact. Validate the effectiveness of the parameters. The results indicate that simulation results with the experimental result tallies very well in error permissible. Introduce method using program generate bullets and determine numerical simulation program. Then, Analysis hypervelocity impact features of spherical bullets and non-spherical bullets. Discussed in detail the laws of change in debris cloud feature length, features the speed, feature quality, the front plate damage features, the back plate damage features with changes of the front plate thickness, collision speed, space between the front plate and the back plate, and intended to get the relevant experience formula. Determine the gap between spherical bullets and non-spherical bullets in debris cloud feature length, features the speed, feature quality, the front plate damage features, the back plate damage features. Finally, Analysis hypervelocity oblique impact features of spherical bullets and non-spherical bullets. Discussed in detail the laws of change in debris cloud feature length, features the speed, the front plate damage features, the back plate damage features with changes of collision angle. Determine the gap between spherical bullets and non-spherical bullets in debris cloud feature length, features the speed, the front plate damage features, the back plate damage features.
