Traffic assignment problem is a core problem of the analysis of urban traffic planning and urban traffic management. Many scholars have proposed some models and algorithms to solute the traffic equilibrium assignment problem, yet most of these studies assume that the traveler is completely rational, namely the parameters of the road impedance which is perceived is precise value or random variable. However, in the actual traffic network the perception of the information is mostly fuzzy information, so the traffic assignment results obtained from the traffic distribution theory by the perception parameters is accurate values or random values cannot exactly reacte the actual travel conditions in space and time distribution.So consider to the traveler limited reason characteristics, research based on fuzzy sets traffic distribution problems is particularly important.According to the path choice behavior characteristics of travelers, fuzzy variational inequality model is built based on the path and based on the section. The equivalence between the model and the fuzzy user equilibrium condition of the demand elasticity is validated. Fuzziness is removed through the mean area method, the demand elasticity of the fuzzy variational inequalities is solved appling drop direction method.Fuzzy image is applied directly into variational inequality, fuzzy variational inequality of traffic assignment is solved with the projection algorithm. The convergence of the projection algorithm is discussed in a weaker condition than the limit conditions, that is, under f-monotone conditions. Then get the convergence solutions of the algorithm projection.The variational inequality model of the traffic distribution under fuzzy image is reasched. The variational inequality of fuzzy image is analyzed. Variational inequality is resolved by auxiliary principle which equivalent to the projection algorithm.
