Along with Three Gorges Project (TGP) reservoir storing water, landslide in this area should be governed Properly and immediately. In this paper, the ToudaoheⅡlandslide in Zigui county is taken as an example. Multiple methods, such as prospecting, test, mechanics balance compution, numerical analysis and so on, are employed to analyze its factors of stability influence, and evaluate its stability. Further, decision making system analytical model of landslide treatment, which is based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets, is established and used to put forward governance project of the ToudaoheⅡlandslide. Details are list as follows:(1) Characters of engineering geological condition and architectural feature of the ToudaoheⅡlandslide in TGP are analyzed, multiple methodsare employed to obtain mechanical property of landslide and establish;(2) LEM is adopted to analyze and estimate stability of the ToudaoheⅡlandslide. It turns out that although the landslide is in stable state in nature, but in extremely disadvantageous working condition, its stability will decrease quickly and it will slide;(3) Based on the results of LEM, the finite difference software FLAC2d used to analyze and estimate stability of the ToudaoheⅡlandslide. By its calculations, impacted by extremely adverse factors, the ToudaoheⅡlandslide will slide;(4) Decision making system analytical model of landslide treatment, which is based on intuitionistic fuzzy sets, is established and used to put forward governance project of the ToudaoheⅡlandslide in TGP.
