| Maintenance and change of strategy in repairable system occupied a very importantposition in the reliability mathematics. It is an important topic to study maintenancepolicy of repairable system with repairman vacations. In the study of many strategiesbefore, the expected benefits and expected cost of the long-run operation of the systemhave been widely studied as the aim functions. On the previous references, the averagedowntime and the availability of the system which are regarded as the aim functions of theseveral repairable system maintenance and change model have been studied. This model isto improve the security of large system that it has some guiding meaning and referencevalue.Firstly, a single component consisted of the repairable system was studied, with thefault times as the replacement policy, using the theories of the expend-geometric processtheory and the renewal process theory, the expression of the average downtime isconcluded, then it can be through the software analysis to identify the best replacementpolicy.Secondly, we study a system with the repairman single vacation and multiplyvacations of the cold reserve system. The replacement policy is the fault times of thecomponent1which has the priority of the work and repair. Using the theories of thegeometric process theory and the update process theory, the expression of the averagedowntime, the availability and the expect-rewards are concluded, then through thesoftware analysis to identify the best replacement policy.In addition, a repairman with multiple vacations and CCF of the maintenance systemof series components is studied. Considered that the common cause failure (CCF) isinfluence of the other system components, with the system unit time average downtime fortarget function, expecting benefits as the constraints, maintenance of nonlinearprogramming models are established.Finally, based on the study of the impact of the power process model andmaintenance replacement strategy, a system with the repairman multiple vacations is studied. The poison process by the impact of the flow is in the times. For the replacementis the fault number of the component, the aim is to get the expression of theexpect-rewards and the availability of the system, finally using an example to verify theexistence and operability. |
