The fluorescence acquisition and analysis of marine algae based on embedded system consists of microscope, technology, flow control, image acquisition and analysis technology, for the characteristics of chlorophyll and phycoerythrobilin in marine algae which can be stimulated the fluorescence, it can detect the type and concentration of marine algae. The design of fluorescence acquisition and analysis based on embedded system in this paper includes the control of flow path, the acquisition and analysis of fluorescent, and the simultaneously control of image acquisition. Firstly, the path of flow control is consist of two peristaltic pumps to control the flow direction and speed of liquid samples through the 10 and PWM function of processor pin, which facilitates the producing of fluorescence and the shooting of image. Secondly, the fluorescence acquisition system composed of PMT and conditioning circuit of weak signal, and circuit of AD conversion, which can collect the weak fluorescence stimulated by laser. Thirdly, by separating out the synchronization components of CCD video signal to coordinate the control of image acquisition and background light flashes, and by controlling the brightness and blinking time of high-poly lighting LED to control the CCD exposure time, to enable the image acquisition control of moving biological. Finally, according to these above function requirements, choosing an appropriate microprocessor to together all these control functions into a controller board to realize the unified control and management of system by ARM processor withμC/OS-Ⅱoperating system and some programming technology. The system is in the stage of imulation test and commissioning, the result is good.
