The paper applies analysis method of sedimentary facie,reveals the sedimentary environment characteristics of coal-bearing basin, to explore the victory basin coal-bearing sedimentary environments and coal-accumulating characteristics. Draw the figure of sedimentary section, prepare the figure of ancient environments, analysis the basin evolution and coal-accumulating characteristics.Analysis and research drilling lithologic in the victory basins, alluvial fan depositional systems,fan delta depositional systems, lake sedimentary systems and river depositional systems are very develop in basin. The longitudinal changes of sedimentary system, mainly influence by the same sedimentary fracture and provenance supply. Basin evolution mainly experience: the accumulation phase of alluvial coarse clastic in bottom, the sedimentary stage under the coal-bearing clastic, the sedimentary stage of lacustrine fine elastic, the sedimentary stage on the coal-bearing clastic, the sedimentary stage top clastic.The main coal-forming environment in basin:peat swamp coal-accumulating, shore-lacuatrine coal-accumulating and fan delta coal-accumulating. The cause of the giant thick coal seam in basin belong to peat swamp coal-accumulating.
