Study Of Quality Control And Evaluation In Builing Urban Cadastral Database Based On Secong National Land Surveying

The second national land survey is a major national conditions and strength survey aimed to identify a comprehensive national land use, master real land-based data and building an eventual standard database management system which can make field graphics and ownership investigation results unified for management and calls. Four levels land survey database: country, city, province and nation. These databases will provide very important data for daily national land management and decision-making, so the quality of data is the key of land investigation's using. The method of data quality controlling to qualify whole database and the evaluation of database results will be focused on.This thesis mainly has three parts:The first part is introducing and analyzing spatial data quality and spatial data evaluation method including methods of data checking and data evaluation medals. The second part elaborate how to use the function of spatial data quality control in Second National Land Investigation database building, deeply anglicizing several kinds of data quality problems from each step of database building; proposing the corresponding optimized data precision and reduction data error method. Through controlling the whole process of land survey, striving to achieve the totally quality of database inspection and acceptance requirements. The third part is doing a comprehensive evaluation on spatial database and achieving an evaluation results based on the quality requirements and models of the second national land survey.
