Currently, The InSAR is an emerging technology, It already become an important technical for ground deformation monitoring of large areas. The optimal selection of sequence sar interference pair is the first step and important substance for get the desired good results form differential interference, it is the important content to improve the data availability and coherence.Based on this, the paper in experiment based on the method to optimize and select common master SAR images and the method based on MST of select SAR interference pairs,this paper has proposed and proved the method based on MST clustering of select SAR interference pairs. Specific do the following research content:1) Validation the study on the method to optimize and select common master SAR images. Based on the analysis of SAR image correlation, this paper use the time baseline,space vertical baseline,doppler centroid frequency difference as evaluation factors, select method that can make all these three evaluation factors to achieve the best combination of evaluation model selection Andrew John Hooper propose in 2004 as public advocate algorithm models of images. The model in detail the superiority and suitable for strong coherence the characteristic such as area, and use of one region from 1992 to 1998 and image data test and verify the method,obtained the best public advocate images by experimental data, and further the algorithm is obtained deficiencies.2) Validation the method based on MST of select SAR interference pairs. Detailed analysis and expounds the definition and characteristics of MST algorithm, and introduces its classical algorithms;Using the image data to validation the method based on MST of select SAR interference pairs.Using Kruskal algorithm got 15 pairs interfere with the best combination; make reasonable evaluation for the features,Advantages and disadvantages of the method.3) Base on the validation on the study on the method to optimize and select common master SAR images and the method based on MST of select SAR interference pairs,take the essence combining spatial clustering and MST clustering thoughts propose a methods based on MST clustering of select SAR interference pairs.And use data for verification. Conclusion:the algorithm inherits the advantages of above two algorithm and to overcome the shortage, it is an ideal SAR interference in the selection algorithm.Further proved in the actual engineering application, the time strong way algorithm of the method, the result shows that this algorithm in time distribution more reasonable, flexibility is higher.Finally, this paper study contents and innovative points were summarized, and the future research are prospected.
