With science and technology rapid development, each kind of academic theory emerges one after another incessantly. The complexity concept is hot spot in the field of science. At all times, people make great efforts to use the system theory to resolve the problem of complexity science and obtain a great deal of success. People realized that some indefinite or uncertain questions and phenomenon appear frequently. What's more, profound system theory is also helpless, when it encounters this kind of event. The people urgently need to find effective measures to face the new challenge and solve the questions. Therefore, the non-system theory's research appears. Through analyzing and proving the difference of system and non-system in mathematics, dissipative structure, chaos theory, this articles tries to prove that non-system is existent and we should use non-system theory to deal with some especial questions which happen accidentally and is unable to forecast.
