Study On Information System Of Climate Resources And Ecological Environment In Northeast China

Developing of Information System of Climate Resources and ecological environment(CREEIS) of Northeast China provides detailed, accurate primary datum, graphic information and service product as well as information support in development and construction natural environment, overall agricultural development, agricultural informationization and socioeconomic development. Based on developed CREEIS as foundation of managing, protecting and improving ecological environment in Northeast China, the research on interaction between climate change and ecological environment change is carried out.Depending on SQL the sever database and the AreGIS software environment and applying VB visualization development language as well as VBA re-development language, meteorological data, climatic resource data, satellite data as well as ecological environment message data including foundation geography information are fused effectively and CREEIS of Northeast China which can display spatial discrete points, draw contour line, calculate area and realize spatial regionalization using methods of small grid computing is developed. Comprehensive evaluation and spatial distribution rules of Climate Resources and ecological environment can be resolved by applying CREEIS of Northeast China.
