The new technique of ultrafast electron diffraction is applied in investigating chemistry, biology, material science etc, especially in the fields of ultrafast dynamic process. This method can provide an unprecedented view into the microscopic details by providing a direct measurement of their atomic configuration. The ultrafast electron diffraction with high temporal resolution and high spatial resolution is the combination of ultra-short pulse technique and electron diffraction technique. By controlling the time sequence, we can observe and record the ultra-short time scale transformation process of crystallite, film, surface and so on.In the technique of ultrafast electron diffraction with the given incidence wavelength and angle, the lattice constant can be calculated. Ultrafast electron diffraction patterns of thin polycrystalline and amorphous (or liquid) films contain a wealth of structural information, and the radial distribution function can be derived from a transform of the coherently diffracted intensity. In this experiment, we will record a lot of files about the diffraction pattern, and how to deal with these files quickly and achieve the dynamic imaging recurrence is important and necessary.In this thesis, the main contents are presented as follow:1,The theory of ultrafast electron diffraction and their development have been reviewed, and the dependence of ultrafast electron diffraction pattern on lattice or molecular parameter has been introduced.2,The design ideas of the software system for acquisition and resolution of ultrafast electron diffraction imaging have been introduced, and the analysis process and the basic method of the bitmap have been discussed.3,Based on our the software system, ultrafast electron diffraction imaging of the polycrystalline Al film sample, single crystal ZrTiO4 sample, CO2 and 1,2-diiodotetrafluoroethane samples have been analyzed and resolved, and their reliability and accuracy have been validated.4,At last, the summary and prospect on the software system for acquisition and resolution of ultrafast electron diffraction have been illuminated.
