With the advance of coal mining technique, mining depth is increase, geological condition is more complex, threat of confined water is becoming more serious, and frequency of water inrush accident is continuously increase. Therefore, adopting feasible technical means to investigate mine hydrogeology, and providing reliable geological basis for water inrush forecast and water hazard prevention become inevitable choice for mine safe production.This thesis adopts the method of combing theory analysis, numerical calculation and engineering application to study mine transient electromagnetic method data processing methods and its application. On the basis of analyzing the basal principle and characteristics of mine transient electromagnetic method, deduced dipole device transient electromagnetic response aroused by stepped pulse current in homogeneous electric conductive whole space, and did comparative analysis with transient electromagnetic response of homogeneous electric conduction half space; analyzed specific device layout and measure technique of mine transient electromagnetic method in mine hydrogeology survey, and discussed the choice of measure parameter and technical measures combining with field application.Analyzed measure parameters of various mine transient electromagnetic devices and systems, and respectively provided their conversion expressions to processing parameter [dBz(t)/dt]/I; comparatively analyzed effect of various data filter methods through processing experiment of actual measured data; discussed calculation method of magnetic induction, and choose the method of interpolation and integration in logarithm domain to achieve magnetic induction; through calculation of actual measured data, analyzed the effect of ramp step effect on all time apparent resistivity calculation result; through formula derivation, provided kernel function of dipole device transient electromagnetic response in whole space, comparatively analyzed it with kernel function curves in the condition of half space, and respectively provided calculative methods of all time apparent resistivity defined respectively by dBz(t) /dt and Bz(t); studied time to depth conversion technique of mine transient electromagnetic method, and analyzed its applied effect through time to depth conversion result of actual measured data.On the basis of theory study, chose Visual Basic language for development platform, took full advantage of mixed programming technique between VB and Matlab based on the COM subassembly and data visualization technique based on automation, developed "mine transient electromagnetic method data processing system", this system has perfect man machine interaction interface and complete data processing and display function. Chose representative cases of working face roof strata water-bearing property detection and driving face ahead detection for engineering application study, study result indicates that "mine transient electromagnetic method data processing system" developed in this thesis has perfect practical applicability and stability, and effect of data processing is good, exploratory result of mine transient electromagnetic method is mainly consistent with actual geological condition, and provides reliable geological guarantee for mine water hazard prevention.
