| In this paper ,We will introduce the definition of parallel center arrangementon the basis of parallel free arrangement and species free arrangement. Using theWhitney theorem for out its characteristic polynomial, according to the relationshipbetween characteristic polynomial and regional number, we can calculate its regionalnumber,In addition, also research it's OS algebra. Finally we obtain the OS algebraof the Catalan arrangement in R3 from the NBC base. |
