Since quantum mechanics was born 100 years, it has been used increasingly that have been developed to material field research of subjects. However, the basic theory of quantum mechanics is still have been the perfect, developing. In the past ten years, chaos and dissipation, the relationship between the decoherence is always the research focus. The researchers each take a different view. Although scientists have in open quantum system theory of dissipative field made a lot of progress, but in general, these theory itself many basic problems, such as quantum decoherence quantum entanglement, the nature of the problem and not very perfect, describes the evolution of dissipative system status and explain actual phenomenon still have certain shortcomings. But quantum decoherence in quantum measurement process plays a very important role in reality of measurement, hard to avoid can step into measuring instrument, this has the system and measuring instrument interaction, leading to entwine production. On the other hand, in the research of quantum information, quantum computing, etc, we need stable coherent quantum state, however, these studies decoherence is the obstacle. Therefore, it is necessary to further research of dissipative system decoherence problem. In this paper, the first chapter introduce the basis of dissipation in quantum mechanics theory and development, the second chapter introduce several researching methods under the dissipative mechanism model, the third chapter calculate the relative entropy in a dissipative system consist of two cavity field and a atom, chapter four calculate the decoherence between two atoms in a system consist of two cavity field and two atoms, discuss the phenomenon of decoherence.finally summed up above each contents and do some outlooks to aftertime's work...
