This dissertation consists of four chapters. In Chapter1, we illustrate the background of modules'development, the important roles of the module's theory in the process of algebra and the progress related to δ-supplemented modules and G*-supplemented modules. In Chapter2, some basic definitions and important lem-mas related to this paper are given. In Chapter3, Some properties of cofinitely δ-⊕-supplemented modules are given, And also proved that any finite direct sum of cofinitely δ-⊕-supplemented modules is a cofinitely δ-⊕-supplemented module. In Chapter4, The definition of cofinitely G*-supplemented modules and some prop-erties of cofinitely G*-supplemented modules are given. It is proved that cofinitely G*-supplemented modules M1and M2such that M=Mi⊕M2is supplemented, if M1is M2-sjective(or M2is M1-sjective), then M is a cofinitely G*-supplemented module.
