In recent years, the global Climate has significant changes. Context of globalwarming has led to changes on global precipitation.Sand-Dust weathers do's effectthe human society as an extreme weather phenomena in which the evolution of globalwarming. The gold of this paper is attempt to answer such as how Climate andsand-dust weathers changes trend are,how serious air pollution is,where fromsandstorm is, study on Niya the second place of sandstorm in China。Focus on thetheme mentioned, use the monthly mean temperature, monthly precipitation and daysof dust weather phenomena etc54a data from1957-2010of national benchmarkweather station at Niya, applying the trend analysis, analysis of climate trend rate, revealed the54a temperature and precipitation trends, annual change, the interdecadalvariation, seasonal variation, and showed Climate change characteristics of sand anddust weather, trends Distribution of the month etc of Niya. Based on the on-linemonitoring data of concentration of atmospheric particulate matter and soilsamples, analyzed distribution of surface granularity and change features of dustaerosol.Exploiting NOAA(National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration)trajectory model HYSPLIT, analyzed dust resource and transmission path. Followingconclusion is drawn:The results indicated that the annual average and seasonal temperatures at Niyahas on increasing trend, and the most significant warming trend in winter, followed byautumn. Especially after1995's the temperature rise were most significant. Theseasons of recent10a were the warmest period in history. The temperature increasesof1,2,3,11,12months in recent10a have a apparent contribution to warming of recentdecade. The annual average rainfall of the past54a was38.41mm, having a variation ofrise, but less obvious. The increasing trend of precipitation in summer was moreapparent. increase of precipitation in summer have the largest contribution to annual rainfall increase. The precipitation changes have a outstanding seasonal variation inNiya, and rainfall was concentrated on5,6,7months in the year. The number of Dust weather day is in first place, followed by Blowing sandweather day, the dust storms is least in Niya. The number of Sand-dust weather dayswith changes in the year showing a decreasing trend, but reduced slowly.Dust stormday up in the summer followed by spring, Blowing sand weather day and dustweather day up in spring followed by summer, and all sand-dust weather rareoccurrence in winter. There is a evidence relationship between Gale days andSandstorm days, The Gale days with changes in the year showing a decreasing trend, but less slowly than sandstorm days.Fine sands are dominant on the samples taken from north of Oasis, Oasis Central,East and West edge of oasis surface sediments in Niya, and Coarse sands aredominant on the samples taken from south of oasis surface sediments in Niya, followed by fine sand. Because of different soil environments and different sources ofsand, grain size parameters characteristics were significantly different and partialFractions content were significantly different. Sedimentary environment of countyoasis north and east surface material is Sand deposition, and oasis south surfacematerials Sedimentary environment is turbidities deposition (Alluvial deposition). At Niya regional air pollution is serious, dust weather phenomena has thegreatest impact on regional air pollution, Niya people stayed more than55%of thetime of a year in the high pollutant environment. Air pollution in Spring and summeris most severe, air quality in winter is the best. Air pollution sources at Niya can bedivided into two categories such as exogenous (sand and dustweather) and local sources (coal type).Pollution will be different in different dustweather conditions (dust storms, blowing sand, dust).Various ground meteorological elements has a very significant changes in theprocess of typical dust weather. There is a good correlation between the dust aerosol concentration and wind speed. When the sand-dust weather appears, the visibility issignificantly reduced and the dust aerosol concentration is increased, which led to thecorresponding change of the temperature, visibility, water vapor pressure and relativehumidity. And this kind of change depends on the strength of the sand-dust weatherand dust aerosol concentration.Mainly dust transport path of Niya in spring at March and April are east pathAirflow and at May airflow mainly from East and West weather system. In summerAirflow that can affect the Niya including the East, west path and the local airstream, but also including airflow from the north. The thermal low pressure and the intrusionof cold air of the Taklimakan Desert in the spring and summer produced dynamicconditions of the sand-dust weather. The loose soil of Taklimakan Desert and thesurrounding ground surface can be the material basis of dust weather. Dust weathercaused by east irrigation airstream, dust storms and blowing sand caused by Westernpath of airflow.
