Mathematical ecological dynamic system has already become one of the hotspotof on the modern mathematical biology. It's dynamical behavior includes extinction, permanence, local or global stability, the existence of periodic solution, almost periodicsolution, asymtotic periodic solution and the oscillation of solution and so on and so forth.Therein, the existence of periodic solution has already become one of the most interestedsubjects for researchers no matter in home and abroad. The main contents in this paper can be summarized as follows:1. The frst section is introduction, in which we present the biological backgroundand research background, purpose and signifcance of a predator-prey system with stagestructure, and then the research status quo and results of a predator-prey system withstage structure are given. Finally the organization of this paper is also presented.2. The autonomous a predator-prey system with stage structure for predator isinvestigated in Section2. We study the positivity and boundedness of the solution, permanence of the a predator-prey system with stage structure for predator. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to verify the obtained results.3. The autonomous variable coefcients predator-prey system with stage structureis investigated in Section3. We study the positivity and boundedness of the solution, permanence of the variable coefcients predator-prey system with stage structure, alsostudy global attractivity and global attractivity of the variable coefcients predator-preysystem with stage structure. Finally, some numerical simulations are presented to verifythe obtained results.4. In section4, we did some discuss and conclusions about what we have studied inthis paper.
