With the strengthening of environmental protecting consciousness, In order to adapt to the requirement of people, water-borne coatings is the favour to people. One of two-component water-borne acrylic polyurethane coating has highly crosslinked functions that making it become excellent performance in the society gradually replace of solvent coatings now. This paper bi-component fluoride acrylic polyurethane is reviewed about synthesis principle, method and this paper further leads the synthesis thought, and many of the hydroxyl containing fluorine acrylates synthesis and polyurethane synthesis conducted are extensive researching, synthesis and properties of fluoride acrylic polyurethane is comprehensive researching, so it got many practical conclusion.To use first three hydroxyl methyl propionic acid (TMP), shun dl-aspartic acid anhydride (MA) as raw material is combining xi kind functional monomer of synthetic contains two hydroxyl carboxyl, and contains a half ester containing carboxyl et cetera diols (MA - TMP) . It studied the synthetic results and acid value change by dry degree of reactants, reaction temperature and the ratio of reactants factors and so on. It analyzes half ester acid value change and synthesis results by acid value titration. Research shows that the dry degree of reactants significantly influences acid value change. It's better that the reaction temperature should be controlled in 50℃before 30min, then the temperature control in 65℃.In order to prepare high hydroxyl acrylates components into MA - TMP through first by including carboxyl without soap emulsification half ester diols (MA - TMP), methyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate and methyl methacrylate, butyl acetate six fluorine for radical copolymerization, it synthetic much hydroxyl water-borne gather acrylate latex (part B OH - WFPA) containing fluorine. No soap emulsification has environmental protection, low cost and good performance characteristics. During the synthesis of fluoride waterborne polyacrylic acid ester, it is not only introduces carboxyl (COOH) - hydrophilic components, meanwhile each containing carboxyl half ester introduce a diols and introduce two different of cyanate root reaction (OH) hydroxyl of components by containing carboxyl diols by half in polyacrylic acid esters.It's more in the categories in single hydroxyl acrylic polyurethane ends during the synthesis of acrylic polyurethane tradition, and then introduce p-bond with acrylates xi kind introduction,but it is very limited such et cetera copolymerization. Environmental problems and no concern soap-free emulsion were paid attention, It's the popular focus which it has the special function of the high stability without soap-free emulsion with high solid content but no soap emulsification. And it studies the emulsion influence by the initiator, reaction temperature, HanFuLiang, hydroxyl content.It synthesis water-borne polyurethane (WPU) to Use the 2, 4-2 different cyanate toluene ester (TDI) and poly decanoate glycol and dimethylolpropionic acid reaction;it studies the influence of polyurethane emulsion by reaction temperature, neutralization degree.In order to improve the crosslinking degree and has simultaneously appropriate hardness and flexibility, it manufacture the mixture preparation two-component water-borne polyurethane coating fluorinated acrylic by the such many hydroxyl containing fluorine acrylate and polyurethane firstly. The paper studies the influence of such performance by text hydroxyl value content (crosslinking degree), fluoride monomers, OH - WFPA and WFPUA WPU ratio. The results showed that it's best 5.18% of HanFuLiang in containing fluorine polyacrylic acid polyurethane in 5.1percent and hydroxyl quality score is preferred in containing fluorine polyacrylic acid ester polymers to 6.5 percent in bi-component paint film ,when the synthetic reaction polyacrylic acid ester in 80℃, the temperature of polyacrylic acid ester about hydroxyl value in 100mg/g .
