Mesoporous materials as catalyst between reactant molecules and reactions between molecules with catalytic active components full contact in Nano-pore mesoporous materials loaded in Nano-metal particle catalysts for preparation of mesoporous materials with high effectiveness is a new and effective ways.This paper uses the non-ionic surfactant P123, under hydrothermal conditions, one-pot preparation of mesoporous SBA-15-a series of load, including transition metal load of Cu/SBA-15, Co/SBA-15, Ni/SBA-15, precious metal load Ir/SBA-15, and Cu-Ir/SBA-15 of double metal load, and characterization, and for CO oxidation (PROX) research and experimental study on the application of hydrogenation of toluene.X-ray diffraction(XRD), N2 adsorption-echoed off and TEM characterization result shows that one-pot preparation of such a highly ordered two-dimensional metal-doped SBA-15 hexagonal mesoporous structures and highly dispersed metal particles.To metal Ir highly fragmented in the SBA-15 channel, Ir/SBA-15 obtained on PROX reaction with high activity. In the H2-rich condition, Ir/SBA-15 results of catalyst on catalytic oxidation of CO, the catalyst at low temperature (80℃) with high catalytic activity.Bi-metal doped cheap part metal instead of the precious metal, reducing costs of catalysts, for gas phase hydrogenation reaction of toluene, Cu-Ir/SBA-15 as a new catalyst, compared with single metal catalysts, results showed that Cu-Ir/SBA-15 catalytic hydrogenation of toluene with high catalytic activity and resistance of high temperature sintering capabilities.
